Brian Busch

Brian Busch is an illustrator/ fine artist living in Los Angeles. Born in rural Illinois, Brian studied at the American Academy of Art in Chicago, The Art Institute of Chicago and Rhode Island School of Design. In 2017, Brian moved to Los Angeles to work in the entertainment industry, where he has created numerous storyboards, poster concepts, character designs and illustrations for film, books, video games, and television. In 2025 Brian wrote and illustrated his first picture book, “The Ballad of the Phantom Pumpkin Carver”. Brian continues to live in LA with his wife, illustrator Zelda Devon, and can often be found searching out the best street tacos LA has to offer.
